Refund and Returns Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made, refunds and returns are handled a little differently than retail purchases.

Custom Orders

All items we produce are custom-made to order based on customer-approved artwork, specifications, and proofs. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or differences in personal preference.

Proof Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs carefully. Approval confirms acceptance of layout, spelling, sizing, colours, and materials. We are not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Colour Variation

Colours displayed on screens may appear differently when printed due to differences in monitors, devices, lighting conditions, and printing processes. Colour variation between on-screen artwork and the finished printed product is normal and is not considered a defect. We cannot guarantee exact colour matching unless specifically arranged in advance.

Production Errors

If your order contains a manufacturing or printing error that does not match the approved proof, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When a production error is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or reprint the affected item.

Wear, Use & Environmental Factors

Our products are intended for specific uses and environments. Normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements. This includes, but is not limited to, scratching, fading, or damage caused by handling, cleaning, or environmental exposure.

Returns

Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless a production error has been confirmed.
