Prepaid ID Cards Program

We’ve made it easier to get ID cards for new employees without worrying about minimums.

With our PREPAID ID CARDS PROGRAM, you buy a block of ID card credits up front. In return, we’ll print any number of cards, however small, whenever you need them. Higher tiers come with discounts, priority service, and bonus perks.

Prepaid Terms

  • Prepaid ID card credits are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. After 24 months, any unused credits expire and can’t be refunded, but we’re happy to help you plan usage so you get full value.
  • Program details may change for future purchases, but once you’ve prepaid, your terms are locked for that credit block.

  • Prepaid credits are non-refundable but fully transferable to another contact within your company.
  • All photo editing, lanyards, badge holders are extra.

Perks Terms

  • *Card design/redesign includes at least two layout options and one round of feedback/proof approval. Further changes billed at our standard design rate. Design not included in Tiers 1-4.
  • **Box of samples include 2 aluminum business cards, 2 magnets, 2 keychains, 2 pens, 2 golf balls.
  • **Business sample designs are non-negotiable. We’ll use your provided graphic/logo, but no proofs are sent before production.
  • Up to 20 of your unused credits may be used toward other products. The value of each credit is based on your prepaid, discounted price. Example: You prepay 180 cards at a 20% discount. Regular price is $4.00; with discount it’s $3.20 per card. 20 credits × $3.20 = $64. Up to $64 can be used toward signs, promotional products, or other items listed on our website. Credits are not redeemable for cash.
