1. Introduction

Welcome to SPacific Print (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.spacificprint.com (the “Website”), and any purchases or services provided by SPacific Print. By using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Products & Services

SPacific Print offers custom UV printing, laser cutting, business promotions, corporate gifts, and signage. We reserve the right to decline work based on our capabilities.

3. Orders & Payments

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront for orders in Canada and the U.S. Local orders may be paid upon delivery.
Sales Tax: We charge GST at 5% on all invoices.
Order Modifications/Cancellations: We do not guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is placed, but customers may contact us to inquire about possible adjustments.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Locations: We ship within Canada and the U.S.
Carriers Used: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or the most suitable option.
Local Pickup: Available by appointment only.
Processing Time: 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Free local delivery; shipping costs are added to the invoice for Canada and the U.S.
Lost or Damaged Packages: We adhere to the legal requirements in BC, Canada, for handling lost or damaged packages.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if we make an error, we will correct it at no additional cost. If an event has passed and we made an error, we may issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Covered by us.
Refund/Redo Request Timeframe: 10 business days from the delivery date.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Customers own the rights to their designs.
Customers may use their designs for personal or commercial purposes.
Customers are free to resell products created using their designs.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will communicate potential issues with customer-provided designs (e.g., low resolution, typos), but we are not responsible for errors if the customer fails to address them.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties beyond our control.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer Data Stored: We collect order history and email addresses for order fulfillment and customer service.
Third-Party Data Sharing: We share necessary information with payment processors and analytics providers but do not sell customer data.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our Website. If legally required, we will notify customers by email.
